Overview of Endoscopic Trigger finger surgery[Insertion of guide section]･ There are 2 types of Endoscopic Trigger finger surgery, one portal and two portals respectively. ･ First two videos are Two portal method, and the last one portal. ･ Although initial skin incisions are 4mm in length, dimeter of the incision stretches up to 6.28mm(4x3.14/2) by introducing the cannula(Endoscope). This means that when the cannula is removed at the end of surgery, there remains 6mm+ skin incision with some laceration on cut edges. |
