Biomet Trigger Finger Knife |
|
Biomet Trigger Finger Knife is the representative knife of the Third Generation PTFR. Carpal Tunnel Tome (PDF) is the protype of the knife, and they have two protuberences on both sides of the blade which prevent blade from cutting through the tendon on trigger finger surgery. ![]() |

The design of the Trigger Finger Knife provides an accurate and simple way to percutaneously release the A1 pulley. Unlike percutaneous release using a needle, the Trigger Finger Knife is designed to avoid damage to the flexor tendons, avoiding possible complications of scarring and recurrent triggering.
